Pricing
Pay per investigation, no seats.
Free to start. 500 credits, no card.
Five hundred credits, once per person, covering both the flat work price and the provider data a run pulls — the same meter you would pay on. Run any recipe on up to five domains per run. A trial session lasts a day; create an account to keep your runs.
Credits. One rate: a cent.
One pack, one rate: a credit costs a cent whoever you are and however many you buy. Credits pay for work and pass-through data on the same meter you see in the console.
The pack is a one-time purchase of prepaid credits. Monthly is 25,000 credits each cycle, at the same cent. It is not the platform minimum.
How Baruly bills
No seats. No tokens. No mysterious AI credits. Four lines, and the minimum is credited against the other two, never added on top.
Work
One flat price per completed investigation: $0.20, or twenty credits at a cent each, however many providers the waterfall had to consult. A null result is still an investigation and still counts; it never counts as an outcome. An entity your cost cap refused is not charged at all.
LIVE — $0.20 PER INVESTIGATION
External data
Provider lookups, on-demand transcription, and unusually expensive model calls are shown before a run and billed at cost. Bring your own keys and skip them.
LIVE ON EVERY RUN
Base
A monthly minimum for the platform: orchestration, integrations, monitoring, standard models. Credited against work and accepted outcomes, never added on top. Price being set with early users.
PRICE IN DISCOVERY
Outcomes
Off by default. Becomes available when you connect a CRM, and bills only on ground-truth events you accept row by row: a meeting held, an opportunity created with Baruly evidence attached. You keep the large majority of any value we can verify.
AVAILABLE AFTER CRM CONNECT
Your invoice is the larger of the minimum or your work plus accepted outcomes, plus external data.
FAQ
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The trial runs without one. Buying credits agrees to the Terms and Privacy Policy.
- What counts as an investigation?
- One completed run of a recipe on one entity, including a null result.
- Are null results charged?
- They count as work, at the same flat price as any other completed investigation. They never count as an outcome. An entity your cost cap stopped before it ran is not charged.
- Do you take a percentage of my pipeline?
- Not unless you connect a CRM and accept a specific ledger row. Nothing bills on a thumbs-up or on a quote alone.
- Are there seats?
- No. Anyone on your account can run jobs.
- What is external data?
- Provider lookups, on-demand transcription, and unusually expensive model calls, shown before the run, at cost, or skipped with your own keys.
- Will Baruly send outreach on my behalf?
- No. Delivery to HubSpot or Salesforce writes evidence to a record; it does not send email.
- Can my agent buy credits?
- Billing stays on the console and CLI; hosted MCP tools return insufficient_balance when credits run out.
