Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Baruly, the spoken-intelligence service at this site. By creating an account you agree to them. Counsel has not reviewed this draft; it is the product contract we operate under today.

The service

Baruly runs investigations on account lists you provide and returns speaker, quote, timestamp, and source from public speech, or an honest miss. Results are metered in domain credits. The free allotment is granted once per identity. Purchases of prepaid packs and the monthly subscription are processed by Stripe.

Your list

You keep ownership of the account list, CSV, and query you submit. We never publish your list, your email, or your account id on a public page. We do not sell your list.

Public evidence cards

A positive result may be shared as a public evidence card at a permalink you copy. Rights-restricted sources are pointer-only (timestamp and source, no quote). Cards are unlisted.

Programmatic pages from free usage

When you accept these terms, Baruly may publish de-identified SEO pages about public companies or speakers that appeared in a consented free-allotment run. Those pages collapse by public entity. They never include your list. You may contact us to request a page review.

Email

Transactional mail (sign-in links, receipts) is sent through Resend. If you opt in, we may also send product tips and activation mail. You can unsubscribe from commercial mail without losing sign-in mail.

Acceptable use

Do not use Baruly to invent quotes, scrape paywalled speech, or attack the service. We may suspend accounts that burn provider quota in abuse of the free allotment.

Billing

Credits are prepaid. A subscription, if you buy one, renews until you cancel in the console. Canceling ends the subscription at period end. Running out of credits is not cancellation.

Limitation

Spoken sources can be wrong, incomplete, or mis-attributed. Baruly does not warrant that a quote will close a deal. Liability is limited to the credits you purchased in the prior 30 days.

Changes

We may update these terms. A new version is dated in the page header. Continued use after you accept a new version binds that version.
