IMPORTANT: All content, insights, recommendations, and analyses generated by Baruly are produced using artificial intelligence and automated processes. While we strive for accuracy and quality:

- Baruly provides AI-generated strategic positioning content for informational and guidance purposes only
- All AI-generated results, recommendations, and analyses are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- Baruly, its operators, and affiliates are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes based on AI-generated content
- You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or may not be suitable for your specific circumstances
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and making decisions based on any AI-generated content

3.1 Public Canvas Directory and Content Licensing

By making your positioning canvas public and adding it to our directory, you grant Baruly a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to:
- Display, distribute, and make your public canvas available to other users through our directory service
- Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and create derivative works from your public canvas content
- Sell, license, or otherwise monetize access to your public canvas and the directory service
- Use your public canvas for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes

You acknowledge and agree that:
- When you make a canvas public, it becomes part of Baruly's directory service, which Baruly has the right to use and monetize
- Baruly may charge users for access to the directory service, including access to your public canvas
- Baruly retains all rights to use, sell, and monetize the directory service and all public canvases contained within it
- You retain ownership of your original canvas, but by making it public, you grant Baruly the rights described above
- You can remove your canvas from the public directory at any time, which will revoke these rights going forward, but will not affect any prior uses, distributions, or monetization that have already occurred

This license is granted automatically when you make your canvas public and add it to the directory. If you do not wish to grant these rights, do not make your canvas public.

4. User Data and Privacy
